Tell about one event while working at UAB that has changed you?
Attending a Code 10 as a new pharmacist made patient care personal and made me realize how much I could contribute and how much I needed to learn.

Patient focused, medication problem solvers, do whatever it takes
What has surprised you the most about the support you've received as a Pharmacist?
The scope, depth, consistency, and patience.
What kinds of opportunities does UAB provide for growth?
UAB offers an ideal environment for growth. I have practiced here for most of my career and have grown professionally and also personally in ways I never could have imagined when I started my career. Practice is stimulating, challenging, satisfying, and never routine. The diversity of practice in the department offers unequaled opportunities for growth. I am a better pharmacist and person for having had this opportunity.
